Who handles the data

The data controller is Event Media srl (TeamBuilding.it), via Bosio 22, Roma, Italy, VAT number 01814310569. For any question about the data, write to info@teambuilding.it.

What we store

• About the event: name, client company, date, theme, company logo and team names, written by our staff.
• About the crew: the name (or nickname) of each person, their role, their character and the photos of their face uploaded by the team; the photos of the places where the team shoots.
• About the team's work: the messages to the Screenwriter and to the staff, the screenplay and its versions, the storyboard images drawn from the photos (with the participants' faces), the storyboard PDFs and video.
• Technical data: the time the team PC and phones last connected; IP address and time of the attempts to log in to the staff area, to stop anyone trying to guess the code; the technical logs of the server.

No account is needed and we do not ask for email addresses: the team enters with the code or the QR code on its sheet.

The photos

Only upload photos of people who agree to appear in the storyboard. Anyone who does not want their photo taken can stay in the crew without acting (camera operator, clapper, director): the images only show those who act.

The photos are only used to draw your team's images: your team and the staff see them, nobody else.

Why

To run the event: the Screenwriter helps you write the short, the images and the PDF help you shoot it, the staff follows the teams and edits the videos. The legal basis is the contract with the company organising the event and our interest in running the service safely. No advertising, no profiling, no sale of data.

The Screenwriter is an artificial intelligence

The Screenwriter is an artificial intelligence program, not a person. It can make mistakes: the team always decides. The storyboard images are drawn by an artificial intelligence too.

The app is for adults taking part in company events.

Providers

• Anthropic (United States): the artificial intelligence model of the Screenwriter; it receives the chat messages, the screenplay and the names of the crew and locations.
• Google (United States): the Screenwriter's backup model (it receives the same data, only when Anthropic does not answer) and the image engine; to draw a scene it receives its description, the photos of the faces of those acting and the photo of the place.
• OpenAI (United States): an image engine, used when the staff chooses it or when Google does not answer; it receives the same data to draw the scene.
• Elestio: the server that hosts the app and the data.

Nothing else: no statistics, no advertising, no fonts or code loaded from other sites.

Data outside the European Union

Anthropic, Google and OpenAI are based in the United States. Data is transferred on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or of standard contractual clauses. To find out more, write to info@teambuilding.it.

How long

We keep this data, photos included, as an archive of the events: it is not deleted automatically. If the client company or a participant asks us to, we delete it.

Cookies and browser storage

• cinema_pc (cookie): keeps the team logged in on its PC. Signed, lasts 24 hours.
• cinema_tel (cookie): keeps the phone connected after the QR code. Signed, lasts 24 hours.
• cinema_regia (cookie): staff access to the control room. Signed, lasts 12 hours.
• cinema_device (browser storage): a random number that recognises the phone when another phone of the team takes its place. It stays until the browser data is cleared.
• cinema_tab (browser storage): the last screen opened, so a reloaded page starts again from there. It stays until the browser data is cleared.
• cinema_storyboard (browser storage) and cinemaai-storyboard-v1 (browser cache): a copy of the storyboard and its images, to look at it on set even without a network. They stay until the browser data is cleared.

We only use technical cookies, needed to log in: no tracking or advertising cookies. That is why there is no cookie notice.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data, photos included, or to limit its use, by writing to info@teambuilding.it or, during the event, to the staff. You can also contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
